When you see a black screen, you won't be able to close the game by using any of the key shortcuts: try to open Task Manager ( Alt+Ctrl+Del) type 'star', press Del and Enter. Always check a number of players after a completed round: a match starts even if there is half of them - playing like that isn't fun it can also happen that one team will be outnumbered 5 vs 2. Sometimes, restarting the game can be more helpful. The only solution is to go back to the main menu and search for a game again. This error is rather frequent - upon entering a lobby you will receive error code: 327. No one joins lobby after a completed round.
